Michael Palm is Vice President of Marketing and Brand Management at CRP Automotive, headquartered in Cranbury, NJ. CRP Automotive is a part of CRP Industries, a leader in the manufacture, marketing, and supply of automotive parts and industrial products.
Mike began his career with CRP in 1986 working in product development and marketing. Those early years were foundational in learning all facets of the business and market. Mike left the company in 1995 to join Berlitz International, a global leader in language instruction and cultural training, in a variety of marketing roles, lastly as Director of Worldwide Marketing. In 2005, the call of the automotive aftermarket was too strong and Mike returned to CRP as VP of Marketing.
Since his return more than 10 years ago, Mike has managed Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and Product Development in both the CRP Automotive and Industrial sectors. Today, Mike is directly responsible for the planning and execution of CRP’s marketing & brand management strategy, product development, corporate brand positioning and promotion of the company while being a member of the executive management team.
With 30 years of marketing and sales experience in both B2B and B2C environments, Mike has significant experience with the development and execution of integrated marketing programs. A recent accomplishment includes CRP Marketing being recognized with a 2015 AIA Best Social Media Campaign for Import Cars or Trucks and/or Brand Marketing award for their Inside the Brands video campaign.
Mike is a graduate of Shippensburg University with a Bachelor of Science Business Administration (BSBA) degree and was the recipient of Shippensburg University’s 2003 Outstanding Young Alumnus Award. He currently serves on the university’s John L. Grove College of Business Advisory Board. Mike has been a featured speaker at colleges and marketing conferences on various marketing topics.
